The Fantasy singer, 55, released a heartbreaking statement on Monday where she announced the deaths of her sibling, 63, and mom, 87 - and expressed her 'heart is broken.' Sources told TMZ on Tuesday that the Grammy winner did not reach out to Alison before her passing, and instead was by their mother's side in the week leading up to her death.
