Diddys Lawyers Called His Jail Horrific. Federal Authorities Are Looking into the Facility
The federal government is launching an "interagency operation" at the Metropolitan Detention Complex in Brooklyn, the jail where Sean "Diddy" Combs is being held, which his lawyers previously called "horrific" in a court filing. The Federal Bureau of Prisons tells PEOPLE in the the statement that the agency is conducting the operation along with the U.S. Department of Justice Office of the Inspector General and other law enforcement agencies. The operation is part of an effort to improve conditions and maintain "a safe environment for both our employees and the incarcerated individuals housed at MDC Brooklyn," the bureau says.
