Jane Seymour just celebrated her 74th birthday — but says no matter how old she gets, she's still not tempted to mess with her face. "Every once in a while, I think about it," she tells PEOPLE of plastic surgery. "But because I'm also a sculptor, I know that if you change or alter one thing on a face and then you look at it from a different angle, you need to alter another thing to even it up, then another and another and then before you know it, you're not you anymore.
