Erik and Lyle Menendez, who are serving life sentences for murdering their parents in 1989, will have their sentences re-evaluated by a court on March 20 and 21 in Van Nuys. District Attorney Nathan Hochman announced that he was upholding the resentencing decision on Monday morning - despite blasting their claims of self-defense as 'lies.
