McDonald's is reportedly launching several updates to its menu, including a new sweet treat collaboration, and it "looks promising," to say the least.
While fans happily sip and munch away on the internationally adored burger joint's fall menu and do their best to collect all of the 2025 Boo Bucket designs, rumor has it that four new items are heading to its food and beverage menu later this month.
As we patiently await an official announcement from the company, trusted food blogger Snackolator is reporting that Mickey D's will add two new chicken-based menu items, a new sauce, and a new dessert collaboration with Chip's Ahoy! cookies.
McDonald's Reportedly Getting 2 New Chicken Entrées, a New Dipping Sauce, and Chips Ahoy! Collab
On Tuesday, the influencer revealed that McDonald's chicken options would grow by two, with the apparent addition of a Buffalo Ranch Snack Wrap and Buffalo Ranch McCrispy Chicken Sandwich (regular or deluxe), both featuring its new Buffalo Ranch Sauce.
"McDonald's is dropping a new chicken menu and a CHIPS AHOY collab that I want so much more of!" Snackolator revealed in the caption of the Oct. 21 Instagram upload.

"Oh that sammich is calling my name!" one social media user replied.
"The buffalo ranch is already out at my local McDonald's," a second claimed.
"Where the spicy nuggets at 😭😭😭😭💔💔," a third joked.
Although there was no mention of spicy nuggets (maybe next time), the new frozen dessert beverage rumored to be coming along with the update almost certainly makes up for it. The Chips Ahoy! Frappé is made with a cookie-flavored syrup and Chips Ahoy! inclusions, per the report.
"The chips ahoy frappe looks promising," someone else shared, noting that they are "usually am a fan of the sauces they come out with. I have to say. 😂."
"Chips ahoy frappe?!" another said in disbelief. "Yeah I'm trying."
"Oh wow," a different person wrote before one more cheered, "Ahh man can't wait 👏🏽."
According to the insider, the new menu items are expected to be released on or around Tuesday, Oct. 28. However, as we mentioned earlier, some customers have already reported seeing at least the sauce at their local Golden Arches, so it might be worth an early visit if you're feeling up to it.
A McDonald's spokesperson was not immediately available for comment. We will update this post with any relevant information that becomes available.
