Pricilla Presley shared a meaningful update on Oct. 21 in honor of her late grandson, Ben Keough, on what would've been his 33rd birthday.
The 80-year-old shared a photo of her grandchild Ben, the son of Lisa Marie Presley and musician Danny Keough, along with the emotional message, "Sweet Ben, [you] are thought of every day. You are forever missed." She added the song "Always on My Mind" by Elvis Presley, Ben's grandfather, and the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra to the post.

Ben died in July 2020 in California at the age of 27. He had a passion for music and did some work acting and modeling, and he was known to bear a striking resemblance to his grandfather.
He is one of Priscilla's four grandchildren. Lisa Marie and Keough also share a daughter, Riley Keough, and Lisa Marie later welcomed twin girls named Finley and Harper in 2008 with her then-husband, Michael Lockwood.
A few years after Ben's death, his mother Lisa Marie died on Jan. 12, 2023. In the years since, Priscilla has opened up about grieving multiple major losses in her life, most recently going into detail in her new memoir, Softly, As I Leave You: Life After Elvis, released in September 2025.

While promoting the book on the morning talk show Today With Jenna & Friends shortly before the release date, guest co-host Sheinelle Jones asked Priscilla in the interview, "You've had a lot of loss, obviously, not just Elvis, but with your daughter and her son. What keeps you going in the morning?"
"Well, I have a son, you know, that I adore," Priscilla began, referring to her son Navarone Garibaldi, whom she welcomed in 1987 with Marco Garibaldi.
She then mentioned her three granddaughters, saying, "I have the girls, who I absolutely adore as well... I have a family, a very close family, so that's really what keeps me going. And of course, working and doing things too, that I like to do, that I can choose to do."
Shortly before her book came out, Priscilla's family also grew by one, as her granddaughter Riley and her husband, Ben Smith-Petersen, welcomed their second child. Their older daughter, Tupelo Storm, was born in 2022.
