Beyoncé Knowles-Carterdazzled again during the second night of her"Cowboy Carter" tourinHouston. But after a technical issue with a flying car the night prior, she cut both the song and the stunt from the show. The Grammy-winning singer kicked off Night 2 in herhometown of Houston at NRG StadiumJune 29 at 7:52 p.m. local time. The show marked her last show in Houston on herCowboy Carter and the Rodeo Chitlin' Circuit Tour. She hit the stage for two back-to-back nights, starting June 28. The show wrapped around 10:30 p.m. local time — slightly earlier than previous shows, mainly due to a significant change. Toward the end of the show,Beyoncécut her hit single "16 Carriages" from the set and avoided flying in the air in a car. The change came a day after Beyoncé was forced topause the showbecause a technical glitch caused the vehicle to tilt midair. She told everyone to "stop" repeatedly, before being safely lowered and landing the car among the audience. There were no injuries. Before the song fans wondered if she might perform the stunt again. One fan wrote, "The flying car better behave," another said, "she won't fly tonight." While some fans expressed disappointment for the change, many emphasized the importance of it. One fan noted, "Safety first that's what matters first and foremost." Outside of the "16 Carriages" performance, many were excited to seeLes Twins— Laurent and Larry Nicolas Bourgeois — dancing onstage with once again in Houston. The twin dancers first joined Beyoncé for her "Cowboy Carter" tour in London, on the international leg of her tour. Born in Sarcelles, France, Les Twins have become known asBeyoncé's other set of twins, along with her 7-year-old children Sir and Rumi Carter. Les Twins have collaborated with her on numerous occasions, dancing alongside her on major stages, tours and videos. Some of those include the Mrs. Carter Show World Tour in 2013, Beychella in 2018 and the Renaissance World Tour in 2023. Until now, they hadn't danced alongside her at any of her U.S. shows on this tour. Of course, Beyoncé's tour has been a huge showcase of fashion and creativity. Each night, Beyoncé continues toblend high fashionand cowboy couture, keeping fans on the edge of their seats as they anticipate a new look. There's been many looks incorporating Western-glam: sparkly chaps, cowboy hats, boots and piles of fringe. And many fans made note of the many new looks during her Houston closer. As fans know,Beyoncéfirstdebuted her "Cowboy Carter" tourat SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles on April 28 with39 songs on the set list. Her shows have been filled with family,fashion, different music genres, and most notably country music and cultural commentary.The H-Town stop comes afterBeyoncéwrapped the international leg of her tour — first witha six-night stint in London,followed bythree dazzling nights in Paris.During her Paris shows, she shocked fans when she brought outMiley Cyusandhusband Jay-Z for surprise performanceson the first and last night.
