The 21-year-old dancer sharedan Instagram Reelof herself in her black Zuhair Murad gown with crystal detailing. Over clips of her spinning in the dress, she played the song "Fame Is a Gun" by Rae, 24. Rae later commented on the Reel, simply writing, "Beautiful." The singer, whose full name is Addison Rae Easterling, also reposted the clip to her Instagram Stories. When asked about her getting ready playlist, she told the outlet, "I have so many different getting ready playlists depending on if I want to be relaxed, if it is early in the morning, or I'm pumped up for the night. For the Tony Awards, we listened toAddison [Rae]'s new albumsince it was a great combo of both!" The social media posts come after longstanding rumors of a feud between the content creators. D'Amelio and Rae were both once part of the TikTok creative collective known asHype House.D'Amelio left the group in May 2020, and Rae left not long after. In June 2020, Rae made headlines as sheliked shady comments about D'Amelio, which she later apologized for. "Yes, I did like comments saying 'she deserves the hype' and 'whys Charli verified and you aren't' in November," she wrote on Instagram at the time. "I didn't know her and hadn't met her.
