3 Arrested in Shooting Death of Rapper Julio Foolio, Police Believe It Was a Targeted, Gang-Related Shooting
Authorities in Florida have made several arrests in connection with the death of a rapper who was killed in a parking lot while celebrating his 26th birthday. The lawyer for rapper Julio Foolio, whose legal name is Charles Jones, said in a June statement that his client was "ambushed" in a Holiday Inn parking lot in Tampa, Fla., First Coast News reports. Tampa authorities have now arrested three people, and identified two others as suspects they're still looking for, in connection with the June 23 homicide.
