David Duchovny is listing the out-of-this-world Malibu, Calif., property he's called home for the last two decades. The home, which has an asking price of $12.5 million, has been the X-Files actor's primary residence for more than 20 years and is located in the gated Point Dume community. Duchovny, 64, who splits his time between California and New York, lived in the home with his girlfriend, Monique Pendleberry, 31, and their dogs Brick and Rookie.
