While speaking exclusively with PEOPLE about her new Lifetime movie, Abducted from the Everglades, which premieres on Sunday, March 2, the published author, 51, shares how her daughter Stella, 16, has been dropping hints about getting a car. "On her birthday in June, it'll be six months, so she'll be able to get her license," Spelling tells PEOPLE.
