Barry Manilow has canceled two of his Las Vegas shows after contracting bronchitis.
The 83-year-old pop legend had just made a highly anticipated return to his The Hits Come Home! residency at the International Theater within the Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino on Thursday, October 8, following a six-week health break.
However, Manilow abruptly halted his performance and walked off the stage on Friday, October 9, after singing just two songs. It comes after Manilow sparked concerns among fans after canceling another gig in August.

According to reports, Manilow told the crowd, "Talk amongs yourselves," before leaving the stage without coming back.
The band reportedly continued playing instrumentals before the venue's PA system later announced the conclusion of the show.

Concertgoers said on social media that after the show, they received emails from Ticketmaster confirming they would receive a refund.
Representatives for the musician and the resort told Variety, "After a triumphant welcome-back concert on Thursday, Barry got hit with bronchitis and had to cancel his Friday and Saturday shows."
His October 9 concert was cut short, while his October 10 gig was canceled completely.
The latest diagnosis carries extra weight for the singer, as a previous case of bronchitis late last year led to the discovery of Stage 1 lung cancer, from which he has been recovering after undergoing surgery.
On August 4, Manilow was due to perform at Rupp Arena in Lexington, Kentucky, but the show was called off at the last minute.
It marked the second time the concert has been postponed, after an earlier date in March was also canceled while the Grammy winner recovered from surgery.
A statement shared on the singer's official X account read, "Due to unforeseen circumstances tonight's show in Lexington has been rescheduled."

The musician was diagnosed with Stage 1 lung cancer at the age of 82 in December 2025 after undergoing an MRI following weeks of prolonged bronchitis.
He underwent surgery in late December 2025 to remove the tumor. Because it was caught early and had not spread, doctors determined he did not require chemotherapy or radiation.
The musician postponed some of his early 2026 concert dates for recovery before making a return to the stage.
His last performance before returning to the stage this week was on August 22, when he concluded his intensive summer tour, which consisted of 29 shows in 68 days.
Manilow's scheduled Las Vegas residency dates for next week - starting on Thursday, October 15 - currently remain on the calendar, with no official announcements regarding further postponements.
