Puppies are universally adored. Anyone who sees that little ball of fluff with giant paws, oversized ears, and a perfectly round belly is instantly compelled to smile and feel all warm and fuzzy. These tiny fur babies are completely irresistible, regardless of breed, and have the gift of melting hearts with just a glance.
These four Miniature Dachshund puppies could brighten anyone’s day. They’re just napping and letting out some adorable squeaks, but it’s enough to completely win you over.
In the TikTok from @Stella.theminisausage, four teeny-weenie mini Dachshund puppies were snuggled together lying on their backs for a much-needed nap. Though they were on a fleecy blanket, they seemed more content to use each other for warmth.
The heartwarming huddle was made even more endearing with the tiny sounds they made as they slept. Each puppy looked like they could fit in the palm of someone’s hand and boasted the classic Doxie shades. The two puppies on the end appeared to be Dapple Dachshunds, while the pair in the middle had the more traditional black, brown, and gold fur of the beloved breed.
Followers fell completely head over heels for the fluffy foursome and posted their praise:
“Awww! The chubby-wubs and squeaks!!! I love them all,” one raved.
“Little jelly beans,” another noted.
“I’m supposedly a big tough dude but… oh my goodness,” a follower wrote.
“These little fur babies are so adorable and their little puppy squeaks melt my hearts,” someone commented.
“That’s genuinely adorable. Nothing more peaceful than a pile of sleeping pups,” a fan remarked.
How Many Puppies Are in a Typical Mini Dachshund Litter?
As the name points out, Miniature Dachshunds have a smaller frame than traditional Dachshunds and tend to carry a smaller litter of puppies. Mini Doxies usually produce a litter of three to five puppies, where standard Dachshunds average about four to six pups.

Mini Dachshunds that are first-time moms have approximately just two to four puppies since their bodies are learning the process of pregnancy and delivery. The litters tend to slightly grow in size over time, though these tiny pooches need consistent monitoring throughout the entire journey to motherhood to avoid complications .
Mini, standard, dapple — all Dachshund puppies are cuteness overload.
